保罗Arbaje is an energy analyst in the 617888九五至尊娱乐 & 能源 program at the Union of Concerned Scientists. 在他的角色中, he analyzes the impacts of electricity policies in the United States, and advocates for reforms that reduce fossil fuel use and reliance.
Prior to joining UCS, Mr. Arbaje was an energy finance and policy reporter at a newswire in New York City, and worked as a staff economist at a Madison, WI-based consulting firm before that. He has also published research alongside a Wisconsin environmental group, Clean Wisconsin, on modeling the benefits and limits of rooftop solar in the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s Midwest territory.
Mr. Arbaje holds a bachelor of science degree in environmental studies and economics with a math focus from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, along with a certificate in engineering for energy sustainability.
